JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our revenue processes, ensuring alignment between Sales, Manufacturing and Finance. This position requires a deep understanding of revenue operations, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The role requires both a strategic mindset and the ability to roll up your sleeves. The successful candidate will be passionate about solving problems and partnering across teams and organizations to drive change.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Develop and implement revenue operations strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across finance, sales, geo revenue operations, and manufacturing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of revenue initiatives
Partner with Manufacturing to ensure timely notification to the field of any end-of-life products or supply constraints
Work with Finance, Manufacturing and Sales to maximize Revenue at the end of the quarter
Manage and maintain key reports to ensure data integrity and accurate tracking of key initiatives
Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Ability to embrace change and continuously drive process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Expert in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel and PowerBI
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 130,050 - 193,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
