REVENUE OPERATIONS ANALYST AT SPOTHERO:

SpotHero is looking for a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst who loves to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the success of SpotHero’s Revenue Team. This role will focus on maintaining and building revenue team analytics products, optimizing parking rates, bridging knowledge gaps, providing analytics training and strategic guidance across the revenue team. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the way that SpotHero reports on and improves revenue across both core and vertical segments. You will be responsible for assisting the sales team and executing strategies to enhance the parking experience for both operators and our parkers, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate abilities to work cross-functionally, understand complex concepts, and identify operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

Analytics

  • Enable the Sales team to effectively manage their operators’ portfolios, providing analytical insights, reporting, and optimizations
  • Execute SpotHero’s rate strategy by recommending optimal rates directly to operators and building tools for the sales team monitor and improve rates in a self-serve or automated manner
  • Drive high performance by developing and monitoring the systems that track performance and taking corrective action against underperforming locations and portfolios
  • Answer revenue analytics questions, from the most strategic and discerning operators, and provide them guidance on how to effectively use and optimize their SpotHero performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPIs that will be used both within the revenue team and across the business

Sales Enablement

  • Provide training and documentation to enable the sales and revenue teams to use revenue analytics products in a self-serve manner
  • Support the Sales Enablement and B2B functions with analytics and strategic guidance

Revenue Go to Market

  • Support the Revenue Team on strategic initiatives by building quick solutions that can be tested and iterated on before being scaled
