Description We're seeking a RevOps Business Partner to join our expanding team! In this role, you will partner with our RVP responsible for Israel, Emerging Markets, and Product within EMEA You will be responsible for identifying performance gaps using data-driven insights and developing strategies to optimize our sub-regional approaches. Furthermore, you will play a key role in communicating these strategies and prompting the other business partners to adopt best practices, ultimately driving consistent growth and efficiency across the business. About The Role Collaborate with the sub-regional Leaders to drive data-influenced decisions and segment strategy. Drive cross-departmental growth initiatives to support long-term vision of the segment. Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, and share the health of the sub-region in larger Revenue forums. Drive analysis to understand gaps and opportunities across the pre-sales and post-sales funnel. Support leadership with forecasting and pipeline risk. Help define KPIs for the segments and drive business alignment across departments. Requirements 7+ years of experience in revenue operations roles or similar (B2B SaaS preferred) Experience supporting sales and CS groups. Expertise in Salesforce, Google Sheets/ Excel, Looker/Tableau. Strong presentation skills, translating complex data into actionable insights.
