Job Description Summary As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will play a key role driving increased productivity and effectiveness of the sales & marketing teams. You will proactively integrate our data insights and provide recommendations across all stages of the sales funnel. Qualifications Your Qualifications and Experience: Willing to work hybrid at the office 1 day/week 5+ years relevant experience across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations and/or Finance Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or equivalent CRM Platform Proficiency in Excel Able to form strong working relationships across matrix team structure Strong Analytical and Data skills with the ability surface actionable trends Clear, strategic thinker with vision and the ability to execute on priorities Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross functional stakeholders Management of multiple priorities and able to perform effectively under pressure Influencing others with strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving business problems Appreciation of best practice Sales & Marketing metrics Additional Information We are a people-first community that nurtures all the areas that surround your working experience.
