BUILD AMAZING - DELIVER AMAZING - LIVE AMAZING - BE AMAZING

Nextiva is building a world-class Revenue Operations team to drive insights, clarity, and performance across our go-to-market engine.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Operations Data & Analytics Manager to join our fast-paced Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and continually evolving a high-impact data analytics program that supports and empowers our revenue organization. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partner with our Corporate Business Intelligence (BI) team to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving hard problems and thrives in high-velocity environments, combining speed and precision to transform complex data into clear, quality-driven analysis that informs and accelerates our growth strategies.
We’re looking for someone who’s smart, driven, curious, and gritty — someone who can work through ambiguity, learn fast, and figure things out. You don’t need to know everything today, but you do need to want to learn and be willing to roll up your sleeves.

SOFT SKILLS THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL:

  • Curious – You don’t wait for answers; you go find them
  • Resilient – You’re energized by solving problems, not discouraged by them
  • Driven – You take initiative, meet deadlines, and want to improve yourself and the business
  • Collaborative – You know how to communicate clearly and respectfully, even when things are moving fast
  • Critical thinker – You don’t just crunch numbers, you ask why
  • Flexible & scrappy – You’re not afraid to try new things, and you know how to work with limited resources
  • Organized – You stay on top of details, manage your time well, and keep data and resources clearly structured so others can easily find and use them
  • Continuous Learner – You’re motivated to expand your technical and strategic skillsets
    Nextiva DNA (Core Competencies)

Nextiva’s most successful team members share common traits and behaviors:

  • Drives Results: Action-oriented with a passion for solving problems. They bring clarity and simplicity to ambiguous situations, challenge the status quo, and ask what can be done differently. They lead and drive change, celebrating success to build more success.
  • Critical Thinker: Understands the “why” and identifies key drivers, learning from the past. They are fact-based and data-driven, forward-thinking, and see problems a few steps ahead. They provide options, recommendations, and actions, understanding risks and dependencies.
  • Right Attitude: They are team-oriented, collaborative, competitive, and hate losing. They are resilient, able to bounce back from setbacks, zoom in and out, and get in the trenches to help solve important problems. They cultivate a culture of service, learning, support, and respect, caring for customers and teams.
Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports that support business stakeholders, ensuring the outputs are actionable, aligned with business objectives, and scalable as the organization grows
  • Conceptualize and lead complex analysis projects to identify inefficiencies and/or performance issues in the pipeline process (lead to advocate) and recommend improvements to overcome the identified issues
  • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue leaders to define KPI targets
  • Collaborate with teams across the business to uphold strong data governance practices, focusing on the consistency, accuracy, and clarity of critical revenue data sets
  • Partner closely with business intelligence to define the structure of data pipelines and streamline integration across source systems
  • Work with finance, revenue, and accounting leaders to translate business questions into data-driven solutions, surfacing insights that directly support strategic planning and execution
  • Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests with precision and timeliness, supporting audits, leadership reporting, and other urgent analytics needs with clear, reliable outputs
  • Ensure all analytics solutions are well-documented and rigorously tested, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and reducing the risk of reporting errors
