DaVita is hiring a Revenue Manager for our Credits team within Revenue Operations. This position is responsible for the operational oversight of government business lanes. We are looking for a leader that gets excited about driving innovation to reduce overall inventory, looks for bulk remediation opportunities and is fluent in addressing correspondence from insurance payers.
This individual will manage large projects and collaborate across all revenue cycle lanes. Communications will be tailored to differing audiences and there will be opportunities to deliver persuasive recommendations to senior leaders and support teams. In addition, this leader should have a passion for solving complex problems, people development and an ability to work well as part of a fast-paced team. Overall focus is on supporting Revenue Operations in its mission to Enable the Village to Give Life. This position reports to a Director, Revenue Operations and may lead direct reports.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 4 years in Leadership with direct reports – Required
  • High School Diploma/equivalency – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field – Preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications – Required
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle in Collections and/or Credits – Required
