What Are We Looking For? We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our GTM Operations team and help power our Sales and Marketing engine through automation, data accuracy, and insights. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our CRM (Salesforce), managing system integrations, and delivering clear, actionable reporting for the GTM organization. You’ll also build automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline processes and improve visibility across the funnel. This role is perfect for someone analytical and process-oriented who loves building systems, solving data puzzles, and supporting revenue growth through operational excellence. Responsibilities Support Sales Operations: Maintain and optimize Salesforce processes, including opportunity stages, lead routing, and account management. Create and manage dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting. Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected GTM tools. Automate and Optimize Workflows: Build and manage cross-platform automations using n8n, Attio, Zapier, and other workflow tools. Automate repetitive GTM tasks such as lead assignments, activity tracking, and data enrichment. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify automation opportunities and streamline operations. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze sales funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and pipeline trends. Support leadership with data-driven insights and recurring GTM reports. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements based on analytics. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Operations and BDR teams to optimize lead flow and conversion tracking. Collaborate with Finance and Customer Success to improve visibility into revenue metrics. Document workflows and ensure best practices are followed across GTM systems. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, ideally in B2B SaaS. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level). Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat). Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker a plus). Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability. Understanding of GTM processes like lead routing, pipeline management, and forecasting. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Bonus Points For: Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or Clay. Experience with API-based integrations or workflow design. Interest in data analysis, forecasting, or sales performance metrics.
