About Qevlar AI Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that strives to massively increase the productivity of cybersecurity teams. We develop AI Cybersecurity Analysts that augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Since our creation 2 years ago, we have: Raised €14 million in seed funding led by EQT Ventures and Forgepoint Capital Been incubated both by Microsoft (genAI studio) and Meta (AI program) Deployed our solution to Global 500 companies and leading MSSPs in EMEA and NA (Equans, Nomios, Globalconnect, Almond) We're now looking for our first Revenue Operations Lead to build the GTM foundation across Europe and help scale our commercial engine from lead to renewal. What will you do You will be the architect of our revenue engine — owning systems, data, processes, and GTM alignment from pipeline to renewal. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to optimize funnel efficiency, improve forecast accuracy, and enable fast, repeatable growth across EMEA. Design and optimize the lead-to-renewal workflow across Sales, Marketing & CS Identify and remove bottlenecks to improve conversion rates and deal velocity Manage deal desk, pipeline reviews, and forecasting discipline Build lead scoring, routing, and attribution models with Marketing Support compensation design, quotas, and territory planning Administer Salesforce: data model, automation, validation, dashboards Maintain CRM hygiene and enforce data governance standards Evaluate and integrate GTM tools (Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.) Build and maintain GTM dashboards (pipeline health, conversion, forecast accuracy, NRR, CAC/LTV) Develop forecasting models and revenue reporting for leadership and board Run win-loss analysis and provide competitive intelligence Support pricing and lifecycle optimization (upsell / cross-sell) Align Marketing, Sales & CS around shared definitions and KPIs Localize GTM processes for European markets (France, UK, DACH, Nordics) Support partner/MSSP GTM processes and multi-tenant enablement Who you are We’re seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing independence with collaboration, and who can bring clarity, focus, and structure. 3–5 years in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / GTM analytics (B2B SaaS) Experience scaling RevOps in high-growth environments (Series A–C) Strong Salesforce expertise (data model, automations, reporting) Deep knowledge of SaaS & GTM metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, win rate, pipeline coverage) Advanced Excel/SQL skills; forecasting & financial modelling experience Familiarity with GTM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Looker/Tableau, Outreach) Strong process design & enablement skills Analytical, structured, and data-driven decision-maker Excellent communicator; aligns cross-functional teams fast Fluent in English (French/German a plus) Nice to have Cybersecurity / MSSP exposure Knowledge of MEDDIC / enterprise sales methodologies API & RevTech stack integration familiarity FP&A or financial modelling experience Why join us Work on meaningful problems with real-world impact in cybersecurity A high-impact role in a small, international, fast-moving team where your contributions directly shape the company and its success Shape the future of a product already making noise in AI + security circles A company culture that values autonomy and creativity Opportunity for equity and early ownership We’re flexible on location — you can either work from home or join your colleagues in our beautiful office in Paris’ 9th arrondissement.
