The role We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to architect and execute the commercial systems, workflows, and analytics engine across the company. This is a critical, high-visibility role — responsible for turning RevOps into a growth multiplier. You’ll be hands-on from day one, building the tooling, processes, and dashboards that power our GTM execution across Europe and the U.S. As we continue to acquire and integrate businesses, you’ll play a key role in unifying and professionalizing how we sell, bill, forecast, and scale. This role will report directly to the CFO and CCO. This is not a maintenance job — this is a builder’s role. You’ll be creating the operating system that powers Simply.TV’s global commercial engine. You’ll have full support from leadership, ownership of your roadmap, and the chance to build a team around you as we scale through M&A. Responsibilities You are successful when you: Own and evolve our Pipedrive CRM as the commercial source of truth — pipeline integrity, MRR/ARR modeling, forecasting, and sales performance Design and implement best-in-class sales processes and data models, including product catalogs, rate cards, approval flows, and upsell/cross-sell motions Lead the account management and renewals pipeline — support price increases, churn prevention, and expansion playbooks Migrate key commercial functions (e.g., billing, contracts, quoting) from Simply.TV platform into Pipedrive Build and own core commercial reporting and dashboards — ARR, churn, CLV, forecast accuracy — for leadership and board-level use Support GTM integration for future M&A: CRM consolidation, territory design, data normalization, and team integration Partner with Product and Finance on pricing strategy and commercial packaging Help define and eventually run a deal desk to streamline larger Tier 1 deals and RFPs Establish standard operating procedures across EU and US sales teams, supporting global alignment Serve as the founding leader of RevOps, building the function over time as the company scales You will thrive in this role if you have: 5–7+ years in SalesOps / RevOps / GTM Systems roles at high-growth B2B SaaS, tech companies or top-tier consulting companies Demonstrated experience implementing or scaling CRM and revenue infrastructure (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Deep understanding of subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, CLV, churn) and sales forecasting methodologies Strong analytical toolkit — able to build dashboards, recommend tools, and automate reporting (Excel, Sheets, Looker, Tableau, etc.) Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, founder-led, PE-backed company Strategic thinker with the grit and humility to “pick up the shovel” and execute Experience with M&A integration is a strong plus Familiarity with media, metadata, or data infrastructure businesses is a bonus Why join? 🚀 Work at the forefront of media tech – Shape how millions discover and enjoy content. 🎯 Make a global impact – Enable our commercial team to power the biggest broadcasters and platforms with high-quality metadata. 🧠 Grow as a leader – Drive commercial excellence and accountability at scale. 🌍 Join a global culture – Work with colleagues across continents in a dynamic, collaborative company. 📈 Accelerate your career – Be part of a fast-scaling company with opportunities to expand your role and impact.
