Description
ComplyAdvantage is looking for an experienced, passionate and tech-loving Salesforce Administrator to take on a critical role as part of the Revenue Operations team. The role is part of a global team based across Europe and the US. As a Revenue Operations Administrator, you will: Be responsible for administering ComplyAdvantage’s Salesforce environment covering Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. Own CRM procedures, policies, and systems including documentation and optimisation. Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other 3rd party systems and applications. Build and maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards. Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective utilisation of Salesforce capabilities. Keep up to date with new RevOps capabilities and expectations surrounding Salesforce features, functionalities and best practices that may be beneficial to our organisation. About you: Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification (required) Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder (highly desirable) At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a fast-paced business and within a hands-on team Diligent with strong analytical, problem solving, coordination, and troubleshooting skills Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others Fluent in both written and spoken English What’s in it for you?
