Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Specialist (formerly Sales Operations Specialist) will support the Revenue Operations Manager in ensuring the Global Sales Team(s) are set up for success and following an effective Sales Process. The ROS will monitor Sales Pipeline Accuracy, assist with Sales Onboarding & Training, Audit Closed-Won Orders, Review CRM Data Integrity, and work with the Revenue Operations team to complete ad-hoc projects, and document processes. The ROS will liaise heavily with Business Unit Leaders and Key Stakeholders from Finance, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
You are well well-organized, self-directed team player. Skilled at relationship building and change management. Comfortable with day-to-day tasks and taking on new projects. Confident enough to liaise with key stakeholders and ask important questions. Process and procedure-oriented with experience supporting Sales Teams and working with a CRM Tool. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities when new deadlines arise. Proactive when it comes to CRM data integrity, and happy to support your teammates.
