Your tasks include:

• Development and expansion of our revenue KPI landscape  (operational & strategic).
• Creation and maintenance of dashboards , forecasts, trend analyses and automated reports for CEOs, investors and department heads.
• Identification of growth and efficiency potentials  through data-based analyses.
• Optimization of revenue processes  (e.g., lead-to-close, customer journey, churn prevention, operational performance).
• Implementation and further development of tools and systems that improve our management.
• Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Finance to link KPIs with real actions.
• Participation in strategic projects that increase sales, profitability and efficiency.
• Development of new reporting logics  for investors, management and department heads.
• Hands-on support for projects that achieve KPI improvements (e.g., conversion optimization, retention programs, process automation).

Your profile

We are looking for an analytically strong, process-oriented and data-loving personality:

• You have  several years of experience in Revenue Operations , Business Operations, Controlling, Data Analytics or a comparable analytical field.
• You are a  Data Genius – you are passionate about analysis, SQL/BI tools, KPI systems and forecasting.
• You think in  end-to-end processes and immediately recognize where inefficiencies lie and how to fix them.
• You work  hands-on , pragmatically, and at the same time have a high level of structural understanding.
• You build dashboards, models, and reports that are actually used .
• You communicate clearly, are solution-oriented, and can explain complex data simply.
• You work in a very structured and independent manner, and you prioritize based on company goals.
• You speak fluent English (C1) .
