SUMMARY: The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a critical role within the Revenue Operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of promotions, quality control of system builds, and maintenance of promo tools and files, while working closely with the team to ensure promotions are executed across all channels with accuracy and consistency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conducts quality control (QC) of promo builds and test bookings in reservations system to ensure offers, terms, and eligible sailings are accurate. * QC’s dynamic price adjustments and verify consistency across systems and channels. * Reviews promo builds and submits new offers or changes to IT-Data to ensure proper setup in systems. * Assists launching of new products by ensuring accurate implementation of pricing, promotions, and terms. * Reviews the website to confirm offers and pricing are displayed correctly; submits tickets to appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies. * Supports maintenance of the Promo Master with accurate inventory, pricing, and offers. * Maintains promo-related Excel files and tools for business units, ensuring details are up to date. * Monitors the Revenue Management inbox and respond to promo-related inquiries via the appropriate communication channels. * Provides day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth execution of promotions and revenue operations processes. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: * This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Computer skills required: Inventory Software; Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software, Database Software, Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Electronic Mail Software, Presentation Software, Reservation Software, Phone Software * Other skills required: * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Experience working with reservation systems or similar platforms. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Clear written and verbal communication. * Curious and eager to learn business processes and results.
