KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Sales & Commercial Performance Analysis
Leverage data to inform strategic initiatives, helping leadership make informed decisions on sales and account management strategies.
CRM Reporting & Data Insights
Support Sales and Account Management teams with CRM best practices and reporting insights, without overlapping with CRM administration responsibilities.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of revenue-generating teams across Europe and North America. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for optimising processes, enhancing commercial workflows, managing revenue data, and improving reporting accuracy to support key business objectives.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to work across multiple departments, and a proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for growth. You will work closely with regional teams to ensure seamless alignment between Sales, Account Management, and Customer Experience, enabling them to operate at peak efficiency and drive sustainable revenue growth.
A key component of this role involves leveraging CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to extract insights, track sales performance metrics, and support commercial teams with data-driven decision-making. Your focus will be on maximising the impact of data and operational improvements on commercial performance.
