As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for effective and efficient completion of operational Account Management tasks. You will also be responsible for mediating communication with various stakeholders and technical teams for the resolution as required. Additionally, as part of the role, you will need to communicate with clients as required. Your key responsibilities as a Revenue Operations Specialist will include: Supporting the execution of the Price Increase Programme to ensure alignment with business objectives. Ensure adherence to ROCO compliance standards. Reconciling volume data in the CRM and resolving any discrepancies promptly to maintain data accuracy. Liaising with Finance and Account Managers to address and resolve operational and billing‑related issues. Managing upsells, cancellations, renegotiations, and contract adjustments to ensure accurate billing and smooth operational workflows. Assisting in the creation and maintenance of Nexus contracts while ensuring adherence to compliance standards. Tracking renewal timelines and contributing to deal desk preparation to support consistent revenue continuity. You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Revenue Operations Specialist: You must have experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial operations. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail. You should feel confident communicating with clients and internal stakeholders as required. You will bring strong organisational and communication skills that help you work effectively across teams. You must be comfortable working with data and ensuring accuracy across operational processes.
