Description

We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our client’s revolutionizing home energy. Their technology empowers homeowners to harness solar power, charge their EVs, and manage energy intelligently. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll play a key part in scaling our growth by refining revenue processes, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and building tools that support strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role
  • Strong experience defining and tracking revenue performance KPIs
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and improve operational efficiency
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI
  • Knowledge of D2C eCommerce, SaaS, and B2B sales models
  • Bilingual in English and French - nice to have
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $110,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
