FUNCTIONAL OUTCOMES

  • Sales Forecasting: Utilize pipeline as well as Sales historical data to predict future sales trends and help regions do develop accurate sales forecast.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather sales data from various sources such as CRM, EPR, and other systems to analyze sales performance, identify trends and pinpoint areas of opportunities.
  • Pipeline Analysis: Monitor and analyze Pipeline performance and identify commercial opportunities
  • Sales Process and Tools: Investigate root causes and work with cross-functional areas to provide analysis and recommendations for improvement in the Sales process.
  • Dashboard and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to present key insights
  • Develop top Channel partner analysis for bookings and help identify selling opportunities.

SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3 or more years’ experience in finance, sales operations, or business analytics.
  • Expert level Excel Skill
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot) and ERP system such as SAP.
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and predictive modelling.
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to evolving business needs and learn new technologies.
  • Detail oriented and ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are currently experiencing significant global growth and view Revenue Operations Specialist role as a key enabler to ensure sustainability and continuation. You will support the Revenue Operations manager and work closely with Global Sales Team, Finance and Operations to optimizing the revenue process by analysing data, streamlining workflows. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

SCOPE OF ROLE

The ideal candidate will have broad technical skills, and strong business acumen. We seek candidates with a deep knowledge of Sales forecast and data analysis, and the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations that enable sales organizations to make informed decisions. They will understand sales methodologies and can drive efficiencies within the overall sales process through collaboration with key stakeholders including Regional Sales Leaders, Marketing, Product Management, and Supply Chain etc.
