As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll join a high-impact team focused on supporting day-to-day operations, tooling, and analytics that drive performance across the organization. Why Join Us: Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced RevOps team where your work will have real business impact Gain hands-on experience with leading automation and CRM tools Learn, grow, and explore career paths in Revenue Operations, analytics, and project management Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations by maintaining and optimizing tools such as HubSpot, Clay, and n8n Build and manage dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key performance metrics Serve as the first line of support for tool-related issues, ensuring smooth daily operations across teams Analyze data to identify process gaps and recommend solutions for greater efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve tooling, workflows, and automation Required Skills: Basic familiarity with CRM/automation platforms (training will be provided) Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data and reports Problem-solving skills and curiosity to learn new tools and systems Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic data visualization Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience in project management or contributing to operational initiatives Strong interest in automation with a basic understanding of logic flows (e.g., if-then scenarios) Experience using CRM or marketing tools Enthusiasm for learning new tools and working in a fast-paced tech environment About the Team: The Revenue Operations team at Yotpo is a collaborative, solution-oriented group that thrives on turning complexity into clarity.
