As a Revenue Operations Working Student, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customer-facing teams and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. From managing our tools and data to helping optimize processes, your work will directly contribute to how effectively we serve our customers and grow as a company. It’s a great opportunity to learn how a fast-growing SaaS scale-up operates while gaining hands-on experience in revenue operations.

You’ll work closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, making sure they have the right tools, data, and processes to do their best work. Expect a mix of operational tasks and project-based work giving you exposure to the inner workings of a start up.

• Supporting our GTM teams by keeping key processes running smoothly and assisting with performance tracking.
• Owning our customer success CRM (Vitally) — being the go-to person for user questions, small fixes, and workflow optimizations.
• Working with data to keep everything accurate and insightful, from spreadsheets to dashboards.
• Contributing to projects such as automating workflows, improving data syncs, building visualizations, and experimenting with AI-first approaches.
