Key Responsibilities Promotion Strategy Design and Execution: based on data analysis, help design of promotion strategies. Collaborate with sales, marketing to communicate promotion mechanisms and contribute to the design of distribution workflows. Lead cross-functional alignment to help roll out revenue-driving initiatives. Promotion Performance & Full P&L Analysis: Take ownership of end-to-end promotion performance review, identifying inefficiencies and proposing actionable optimization strategies. Expand analysis beyond campaign ROI to include full P&L impact and overall profitability, delivering insights that drive strategic decisions. Market & Competitor Insights: Deep dive in market trend and competitor benchmarking. Take lead in collection, analysis, and presentation of insights, helping leadership shape strategy based on market intelligence. NPD Revenue Analytics: Lead NPD performance tracking and analysis. Build analytical frameworks, mentor analysts, and translate insights into actionable strategies to accelerate new product revenue growth. Trading Calendar Governance: Lead updates to the integrated trading calendar. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams, set governance standards, and ensure calendar accuracy to align all revenue activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum 5 years of working experience in RGM, PPM, trade marketing, business analytics or related roles. Proven track record of revenue optimization result, FMCG/Consumer Electronics experience preferred. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, strong analytical skills, and fast learning and outstanding communication skills. Proactive, and strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapid changes. Proficient in excel, ppt, SQL is preferred but not mandated, fluent in English Dyson is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities
