The Role

In this highly visible position combining hands-on revenue management, commercial analytics and key stakeholder engagement, the appointed candidate will work closely with franchise partners, commercial teams and senior leadership. The successful candidate will help shape revenue strategies, enhance reporting capability and deliver measurable commercial outcomes. In short, they will utilise their experience and commerciality to make a high-performing business even better.

Specifically, they will:

  • Lead commercial revenue strategy across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Utilise data to create and action commercial insights.
  • Drive RevPAR, market share and commercial growth through implementation of commercial insights and strategy.
  • Partner with hotel management to maximise performance, profitability and growth.
  • Support new business opportunities through in-depth forecasting and analysis.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing Revenue Management team.
  • Enhance reporting, Tableau analytics and business intelligence.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Development.
  • Manage key revenue technology and distribution partners.
  • Influence commercial strategy across a growing hospitality network.

This role will see the appointed candidate act as a trusted advisor to franchisees and property operators as well as communicating key findings and strategy back to the Executive Leadership team and broader business. Your Profile

You are a commercially astute revenue management professional with a strong understanding of the accommodation or hospitality sector and a genuine passion for driving performance through data-driven decision making.

Specifically, you should most if not of the following:

  • Proven experience in hotel, accommodation or hospitality revenue management.
  • Strong understanding of RevPAR, distribution, forecasting and revenue optimisation principles.
  • Advanced analytical capability with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
  • Exposure to business intelligence platforms such as Tableau.
  • Exposure to Property Management Systems such as Mews/Opera.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to advise and influence key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders.
