Reporting to the Senior Revenue Manager - Beer, this is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and strategic FMCG professional to influence key commercial decisions across pricing, portfolio strategy, innovation and promotions.

You'll play a critical role in developing and delivering revenue growth strategies that maximise sustainable revenue and profit across our Beer portfolio, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams.

Using data, insights and strong commercial acumen, you'll identify growth opportunities, influence decision-making and help ensure revenue management strategies are successfully executed in market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across the Beer portfolio
• Lead price-pack architecture and portfolio pricing recommendations
• Partner with Innovation teams on pricing strategies for new product launches
• Analyse pricing, assortment and promotional performance to identify growth opportunities
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
• Support annual planning processes and mid-term growth strategies
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Revenue Management Operations teams
• Drive governance and continuous improvement across pricing and trade investment decisions

About You

• Solid experience in Revenue Growth Management, Category, Pricing, Commercial Finance or a similar FMCG discipline
• Strong analytical and commercial capability with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
• Experience working with syndicated data and business insights tools
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term thinking and commercial outcomes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
