Description

We’re looking for a Revenue Protection Officer to ensure parcels move through our hubs in full compliance with all revenue protection (RP) processes - from accurate weight and dimension scanning to maintaining reliable, auditable reporting. You’ll work both independently and alongside hub teams, raising operational capability, embedding RP best practice, and tackling risks head-on to protect revenue integrity. Your role will be hands-on and varied, combining operational compliance checks, technical equipment support, and stakeholder engagement. If you want to be at the heart of operational accuracy, where your attention to detail and technical know-how directly protect revenue, this is the role for you.
This is a great time to be joining us! We are growing year on year, with ambitious plans for future growth and we would love to give you the opportunity to grow with us!

Responsibilities
  • Delivering excellent RP compliance, working across shifts to address RP risks or concerns, taking corrective action as needed
  • Supporting other hubs when required to cover for colleagues or resolve issues
  • Daily monitoring and light maintenance of RP equipment (e.g. sorter infeeds, manual line machines), technical training on RP equipment will be provided
  • Early detection and resolution of technical issues (including machine resets) through observation or data analysis
  • Liaising with RP leadership and suppliers to resolve escalated equipment issues
  • Performing ad-hoc audits based on requests from Client Managers or observations on site
  • Reporting findings through the Senior RP Manager, including updates to senior stakeholders
  • Providing feedback for the rollout of new RP equipment and ensuring smooth implementation

Still Interested? Great News! We are looking for:

  • Good standard of English and Maths and proficient with MS Excel, email, and digital photography
  • UK driving licence with flexibility to travel between hubs
  • Knowledge of Evri’s operational processes and systems (advantageous)
  • Experience in hub operations or RP processes (advantageous)
  • Understanding of Evri’s clients and products (advantageous)
  • Technical understanding of hub systems and sortation equipment (essential)
  • Strong communication skills to train, influence, and engage at all levels
  • Ability to influence operatives, hub management, and suppliers to achieve results

At Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too. That’s why we’re committed to building a truly inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can bring – and be – their whole authentic selves. We’re on a journey to better represent the customers we serve around the UK. We’re committed to removing barriers and ensure that each person at Evri is valued for who they are, and what they bring to our business.
