ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and total revenue. Oversee the reservations department, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient handling of all bookings. Analyze demand patterns, booking trends, and market conditions to optimize pricing and inventory. Manage distribution channels, rate parity, and OTA/online platforms to ensure optimal performance. Monitor competitor activity and market positioning, adjusting strategies accordingly. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and regular revenue and reservations performance reports. Supervise and train the reservations team, ensuring service standards and conversion targets are met. Ensure accuracy of rates, availability, and inventory across PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel managers. Handle group, corporate, and contracted business rate loading and allotment management. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align commercial strategies. Track and report on key revenue and reservations KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement. Manage guest booking inquiries escalations and resolve discrepancies in reservations. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 4–6 years of experience in revenue management and/or reservations within hospitality. Strong understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting, and distribution channels. Proven experience managing or supervising a reservations team. Proficiency with PMS, RMS, CRS, and channel management systems. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities simultaneously. Fluent in English and Arabic.
