We are on the lookout for a talented Revenue Systems Manager.
Is this you?
As a Revenue Systems Manager at Monta, you will be responsible to lead the design, optimization, and day-to-day management of Monta’s revenue tech stack. This role is essential to scaling our revenue engine through CRM administration, workflow automation, system integrations, and data operations across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.

TO DO THIS, WE IMAGINE YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or Sales/Marketing Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce, as well as tools for quoting, enrichment (e.g. Clay), and communication enablement.
  • Strong technical literacy, including comfort with system configuration, API troubleshooting, and multi-platform integration logic.
  • Proven track record of supporting enterprise sales cycles and commercial workflows through tooling and automation.
  • Analytical thinker with a process mindset—able to turn business requirements into scalable, system-supported solutions.
  • Clear communicator who can bridge technical detail with business impact and drive adoption across both commercial and technical teams.
