Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Revenue Systems Support Engineer to join our Business Applications team. This role is a unique blend of technical and Functional expertise and business partnership, serving as a key support for our Revenue and AR business function. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a deep understanding in Subscription Management, Revenue Management (including ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance), and Accounts Receivable (AR) modules. This position goes beyond traditional support. You will help with system improvements, making processes better, and finding smart technology solutions. You will use your understanding of Oracle Fusion to turn business needs into scalable technology solutions, making sure our revenue & finance systems work well, can grow, and fit with our changing business. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic and Technical Leadership: Act as the primary support expert for Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, Revenue Management, and Accounts Receivable modules. Own the end-to-end support and upgrade lifecycle for these critical financial systems, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and data integrity. Collaborate with business stakeholders and the biztech team to analyze the issue, identify pain points, and provide technology solutions. Translate support needs into appropriate functional and technical design documents for enhancements, new feature implementation and defect resolutions. Ensure excellent communication with US, EMEA and APAC business and BizTech teams Operations and Support Excellence: Provide a high quality production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Oracle Fusion and its integrated boundary systems. Conduct root cause analysis for system issues/defects, implementing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence. Manage application configurations, including new setup and modifications, to support changes. Perform testing (including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing) for issues/defects, new features, patches, and integrations. Contribute in code reviews, release planning, and deployment. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Innovation: Partner closely with cross-functional IT groups (e.g., development, integrations, security) to deliver solutions in a global, fast-paced team environment. Maintain clear and effective communication on support issues/tickets, enhancements. Stay abreast of new features and updates in Oracle Fusion Cloud, evaluating their potential to improve business processes and recommending adoption where appropriate. Support automation opportunities using tools like Oracle Process Automation or third-party RPA solutions to streamline manual tasks. Use GenAI/GPT to simplify work in Revenue support. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6+ years of combined techno-functional experience in supporting and implementing enterprise-level financial systems. Demonstrable expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud with a specific focus on the following modules: Subscription Management: Experience with setup,APIs, groovy scripts. Revenue Management (RMCS): Experience with setup, knowledge of ASC 606/IFRS 15 standards, revenue recognition rules, and contract management. Accounts Receivable (AR): Experience with setup, with invoicing, collections, and cash management. Proficiency in creating medium-complex reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and knowledge of Oracle Fusion APIs for integrations. Strong understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash process and experience with other finance-related SaaS systems. Experience in an Agile or iterative software development environment.
