JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be one of the first on the team at our-brand-new Darlington distribution centre, shaping the future of the business from the start.
Managing a large team, working in a multi-temperature food storage environment you’ll be responsible for recycling processes and site hygiene standards.

Your main duties will include:

  • Empathetic leadership, managing, motivating and developing your team.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for all.
  • Ensuring hygiene processes are carried out correctly and all pest control procedures are followed and recorded effectively.
  • Assisting with improving hygiene procedures, working practices and working efficiencies.
  • To work to, have knowledge of and actively promote AIB, DQMP and Workplace Organisation standards.
