Reverse Mortgage Marketing Assistant Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Client Compensation: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000 / month Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reverse Mortgage Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and outreach efforts within the senior lending market. This role focuses on assisting with marketing campaigns, managing client communications, coordinating educational events, and supporting brand growth specifically related to reverse mortgage products (e.g., Home Equity Conversion Mortgages – HECMs). The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, compliance-aware, and comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns targeting homeowners age 62+. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip campaigns. Manage and update CRM systems with lead and referral partner data. Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports. Help create and edit marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social posts, landing pages). Content & Digital Marketing Draft social media posts, blog content, and educational materials related to reverse mortgages. Schedule and manage content across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Support website updates and ensure compliance-friendly messaging. Assist with SEO optimization and local search marketing initiatives. Event & Partner Coordination Coordinate seminars, webinars, and community education events. Manage event logistics, invitations, and follow-up communications. Support outreach efforts to financial advisors, real estate agents, and elder law attorneys. Compliance & Documentation Ensure marketing materials align with industry regulations and company compliance standards. Maintain organized records of marketing approvals and disclosures.Work closely with compliance teams to review marketing content before publication. Administrative Support Monitor inbound marketing inquiries and route leads appropriately. Assist loan officers with marketing requests and presentation materials. Maintain organized digital files and marketing calendars. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1–3 years of experience in marketing, administrative support, or financial services. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (email platforms, social scheduling tools). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services. Familiarity with reverse mortgage products Experience with compliance-regulated marketing environments. Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
