ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re growing fast—with a major pipeline of shopping centres under development and more than 250 lease negotiations on the cards over the next few years. To keep pace, we’re looking for a Review Leasing Executive to join our national review leasing team and play a pivotal role in how we ensure current Liquor leases are reviewed and renewed on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on impactful projects that connect with communities, collaborating across projects and leasing. If you’re looking to take ownership, be an SME, and make your mark—this is it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the National Review Leasing Manager, this role will see you liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure current Liquor leases are reviewed and renewed on time, to the profit benefit of the business.
You’ll own your portfolio, review and negotiate on leases, and ensure all compliance and legal documents are watertight and in a timely manger. Meanwhile, you will be leveraging your financial aptitude to model your own financials via excel, to ensure you are making data-driven decisions.
