Description

Review Response Specialist Overview: We are looking for a Review Response Specialist to craft thoughtful, professional, and SEO-conscious responses to online reviews, social media comments, and Google Questions for local businesses across the United States. You’ll serve as the voice of our clients, helping to protect and enhance their online reputation. This role is ideal for someone who is a skilled communicator, digitally savvy, and comfortable working independently. You’ll be part of a team, but much of the day-to-day work will be self-directed and deadline-driven. Responsibilities: Online review response with SEO focus on sites including but not limited to Google, Facebook, DealerRater, Cars.com, Edmunds, Yelp, and Cargurus Negative review and comment management in direct partnership with Widewail customers Email and phone communications with clients in support of their online reputation Recommending ways in which a customer could/should manage difficult situations online Education: Associates degree in marketing, communications, business, or a similar field is preferred, but not required. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of copywriting experience.
