While our wider Resolution Services whānau is well‑established, highly stable, and recognised as a great place to work, this new team marks an important phase as we manage increasing claims volumes, support current change interventions, and advance initiatives that improve rehabilitation performance. A day in the life involves looking at ACC decisions through the eyes of customers and independent reviewers, identifying opportunities for early resolution, and representing ACC at conciliations or review hearings when needed. Our work spans all areas of ACC, so no two days are the same.
