REVIT & 3DS MAX Designer

Leading firm specializing in architectural design, construction, and visualization. We are seeking a talented and motivated Revit and 3ds Max Designer to join our growing team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural models, visualizations, and presentations, working closely with architects and engineers to bring creative concepts to life.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D architectural models and visualizations using Revit and 3ds Max.
• Prepare 2D/3D drawings, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and renderings.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to meet project specifications.
• Develop high-quality renderings, animations, and presentations for client reviews and marketing purposes.
• Ensure models and visualizations are accurate, visually appealing, and meet design specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentation materials.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and 3ds Max (knowledge of V-Ray or other rendering engines is a plus).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction documents, and detailing.
• Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and animation for architecture and interiors.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) for post-production work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Degree or certification in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and 3D visualization in architectural projects.
• Ability to produce walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and other dynamic content.
