SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• A proven track record of producing quality models and accurate drawings using design software.
• Aware of current technology, industry best practice, be inventive and innovative in ways to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Relevant technical knowledge and understanding of buildings, structures, and pipework.
• Ability to incorporate health and safety practice in design.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Preparation of new drawing layouts, conceptual design, and detailed design drawings. This will include Gas, plans, cross sections, details, 3D models etc.
• Work independently without needing significant help from others.
• Assume ownership of work and be responsible for project deliverables
• Participate in team effort to effectively deliver project.
• Management of all work in compliance with Ayesa’s Integrated Management System (IMS).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant industry experience and competency in the use of REVIT for buildings design engineering projects, with significant pipework detailing experience
• Relevant Water and Infrastructure industry experience and competency in the use of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
• Experience with an R.C. detailing package (Multi-RC, CADS RC or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience of UK water assets and standard details or equivalent is desirable
