We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Revit Technician to join our growing in-house design team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, luxury residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed 3D Revit models and 2D drawings for swimming pools, spa areas, wellness facilities and all related technical elements. Including structures, pipework, ducting and plant equipment.
  • Work closely with the Design Manager, Architects, Structural Engineers, and M&E teams
  • Coordinate models and drawings with other disciplines to ensure clash-free design
  • Prepare accurate technical drawings for planning, tender, and construction stages
  • Calculate appropriate technical requirements and specifications for systems
  • Ensure all models and drawings comply with current standards and project requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit (essential)
  • Experience in MEP or architectural modelling (preferable – ideally within construction or engineering)
  • Strong understanding of technical detailing and coordination
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with AutoCAD and BIM processes is a plus
