Join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst supporting stakeholders across multiple cross-functional teams at MaintainX. You’ll have previous experience at a SaaS startup driving strategic growth and you’ll also be responsible for providing analytical support, optimizing operational processes, and contributing to strategic planning efforts to drive business scalability and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Leverage GTM data to build reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Manage books of business assignments and customer account assignments for our GTM teams to ensure efficiency, scalability and book equity.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to support business development strategies. Provide insights with regular reports for GTM leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the revenue development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective lead generation and follow-up.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of revenue development activities.
  • Provide training, support and vendor management of GTM tech stack.
