This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a RevOps Data & Product Engineer in the United States. As a RevOps Data & Product Engineer, you will play a key role in transforming fragmented data into actionable insights that drive performance across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams. You will design, build, and maintain robust datasets, automate reporting, and implement data quality safeguards to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely metrics. This hands-on role requires partnering with stakeholders to discover requirements, align KPIs, and deliver dashboards and analyses that enable data-driven decision-making. You will operate in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high impact, working across multiple systems and tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Strong technical skills, creativity, and an ability to communicate insights clearly are critical to success. Accountabilities Define, align, and maintain KPIs across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams. Build automated dashboards and reporting pipelines to reduce manual reporting and accelerate decision-making. Model and transform data using SQL and Python to create clean, reusable datasets for analysis. Identify and resolve data gaps or inconsistencies across the GTM stack, ensuring reliable data sources. Establish reporting cadences including scorecards, alerts, and executive/functional reviews. Proactively deliver insights on funnel performance, retention, and opportunity areas with clear recommendations. Implement data contracts and quality guardrails to monitor, validate, and maintain data integrity. 4+ years of experience delivering BI solutions, including dashboards and automated reporting (Databox preferred; Power BI, Tableau, or Looker acceptable). Proficient in SQL and Python for data transformation, API pulls, and analysis. HubSpot Enterprise admin/analytics experience, including custom workflows, integrations, and lifecycle automation. Solid understanding of basic statistics and analytics for business insights. Proven ability to produce cross-functional dashboards that replace manual processes and influence business decisions. Strong communication skills to convert ambiguity into actionable briefs, datasets, and visuals. Preferred: experience with Vitally or similar CS analytics, Postgres, reverse ETL, dbt, AI tools, and lightweight forecasting or experimentation.
