As a RevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the technical setup, integration, and automation of systems that contribute to Onguard’s commercial success. You’ll ensure that product, marketing, sales, and customer success work seamlessly together using data, automation, and smart insights.
You’ll ensure our commercial processes are smart, scalable, and automated. This includes building workflows in HubSpot, managing the tool stack, and ensuring teams can manage based on reliable data.
We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, who enjoys pioneering AI tools and can identify the greatest value. You’ll decide what needs to be addressed first.
What are you going to do?
Automate manual processes with software and AI;
Build technical workflows in HubSpot;
Research and implement AI tools (e.g., for video or automation);
Data hygiene: ensure data is complete, reliable, and well-structured;
Manage and optimize the commercial tool stack;
Support sales and customer success with technical solutions;
Collaborate on strategy and priorities: what will deliver the greatest impact?

Do you see yourself in this position?
You have experience with HubSpot or similar systems;
You know how to build API integrations and workflows;
You can independently set up a data warehouse (or understand how to implement one);
You have experience cleaning and structuring data;
You are analytically strong, curious, and always think in terms of solutions;
You enjoy pioneering AI tools and trying new things;
You proactively think about how processes can be made smarter, faster, and more scalable;
You have a higher professional education (HBO) degree and are preferably available for 40 hours (32–36 hours is negotiable);
For this position it is important that you live in the Netherlands and have a valid work visa.

A starting salary between €4,000 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on experience;
