Reporting into the Compensation and Benefits Director you will have an EMEA focus and your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with compensation, benefits and stock option reporting
• Communicating all compensation and benefits information to the business
• Ensuring job information records are up to date and are in line with the market
• Supporting with year end compensation reviews
• Working on ad hoc reward projects throughout the year

We are looking for someone who has a strong background working within reward, has experience working within the EMEA region and has excellent Excel skills.
