Description:
Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a leading global healthcare organisation who have an opportunity for a Reward Analyst to join their Berkshire office.
Reporting into the Compensation and Benefits Director you will have an EMEA focus and your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting with compensation, benefits and stock option reporting
- Communicating all compensation and benefits information to the business
- Ensuring job information records are up to date and are in line with the market
- Supporting with year end compensation reviews
- Working on ad hoc reward projects throughout the year
We are looking for someone who has a strong background working within reward, has experience working within the EMEA region and has excellent Excel skills.
