What You’ll Do as a Reward Analyst
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Data Collection & Consolidation

  • Collect and consolidate multiple pay elements from diverse systems and sources, including:
  • Base pay and all cash allowances
  • Benefits data, including vouchers and non-cash perks
  • Payroll elements, such as overtime, bonuses, and deductions
  • Colleague-related data, including FTE, job titles, grades, and locations
  • Absence data, including sickness, parental leave, and unpaid leave

Data Validation & Quality Control

  • Perform rigorous data checking and validation to ensure completeness and consistency across datasets.
  • Identify discrepancies or anomalies and coordinate with P&C, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain audit trails and documentation to support data accuracy and compliance.

Reporting & Compliance Support

  • Support the generation of internal and external reports required for pay transparency, equity analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare datasets for analysis by internal stakeholders and external auditors where necessary.
  • Assist in fulfilling regulatory requirements such as gender pay gap or equal pay reporting.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Work closely with colleagues in Reward, HRIS, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment on data definitions and collection timelines.
  • Provide technical data support for ongoing audits, initiatives, or analysis projects related to pay and reward.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development of standardised templates, checklists, and documentation to streamline data gathering.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and reporting efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in HR, payroll, compensation analysis, or data management roles.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Understanding of payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and benefits administration processes.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive data in a confidential and compliant manner.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting pay equity, pay transparency, or regulatory reporting.
  • Familiarity with global or multi-country payroll and benefits structures.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements in handling HR data.
