Job Description: As a Reward Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the Human Resource team, specifically in managing all reward-related matters for our Joint Venture projects. This includes employee data management, payroll data monitoring, payroll compliance checking, expatriate formalities, and assisting with General Affairs projects. Key Responsibilities: Track and analyze employee data across entities to provide insights and recommendation regarding the JV process. Monitor the monthly payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations. Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure all reward programs and processes are in line with company policies and regulations. Assist with formalities for expatriate employees regarding the compliance of work permits, visas, and other related matters. Collaborate with the General Affairs team on various projects, such as employee benefits, wellness programs, and other initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Min. Bachelor's degree of any related major, preferably from Industrial Engineering or Mathematics/Statistics. Having experience in Joint Venture HR related matters will be a strong additional value. Strong background knowledge about HR, Compensation & Benefit, and/or payroll process. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
