About the role: As a Reward Expert, you will play a vital role in analyzing, maintaining, and developing compensation programs that align with our business goals. You’ll be our go-to specialist for reward-related data, benchmarking, and innovative solutions that support a motivated and high-performing workforce. We are looking for: Education & Background: University/college degree in HR, Economics, or related numerical/analytical fields. 2–3 years of experience in Compensation, HR Generalist, Payroll, or HR Partner roles. Skills & Competencies: Solid experience in compensation or total rewards. Good understanding of benchmarking and pay structure principles is a plus. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SAP HR and market data tools is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused mindset. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Collaborative team player with strong ownership and accountability. Language Skills: Intermediate English proficiency (written & spoken). Key responsibilities: Manage and maintain compensation programs including loyalty schemes, bonuses, cafeteria plans, and supplements. Support regular reviews of pay structures to ensure market competitiveness. Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation and benefits data to guide strategic decisions. Develop insightful reports and dashboards to visualize trends and support data-driven recommendations. Collaborate on Compensation & Benefits projects and support continuous process improvements. Conduct market benchmarking and salary analyses to inform pay practices. Train and support HR teams and stakeholders on reward-related topics and updates. Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
