The VST Reward Lead manages the delivery of reward and benefits expertise, solutions and operational support, in line with business strategy, within the Group Reward function. They are responsible for the delivery of Reward activities across a range of global reward and recognition policies and processes such as pay, bonus, shares, benefits (including risk benefits) and recognition, in addition to Organisational Effectiveness (OE) activities spanning job architecture, grading and budgeting.
This role supports Vodafone Servizi and Tecnologie (VST), a Vodafone Group owned company with c.900 employees in Italy.
The successful candidate will join an international HR team, with many opportunities to share best practice across 11 European markets, whilst benefitting from being part of a wider team of Reward & Benefits professionals in Group Reward.
