THE ROLE

Join the Global Reward team as a key player in shaping pay and reward strategy. In this role, you’ll manage the Annual Salary Review and bonus processes, from planning and communication to execution. You’ll support the design of reward programs, oversee pay benchmarking activities, and collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also provide expert guidance on complex reward queries, manage relationships with external pay data providers, and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to drive clear, actionable insights from reward data.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Support the design and delivery of reward programs, including salary and benchmarking management, annual bonus plans, and the production of communication materials. Analyse processes and activities to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage external pay benchmarking activities to maintain an up-to-date and accurate understanding of market pay trends.
  • Serve as an expert advisor and escalation point for HR Business Partners and People Operations teams, resolving complex reward queries and recommending adjustments to reward-related processes.
  • Manage relationships with external pay data providers, overseeing account management and identifying potential new data sources for benchmarking. Ensure data quality and quantity meet market standards and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Oversee salary survey submissions and ensure compliance with external pay data requirements.
  • Act as a reward advisor in the design, development, and implementation of wider HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that require reward-related input.
  • Reward principles and processes communicated clearly and understood by all employees.
  • Regular review and production of annual pay ranges based on reliable salary survey sources.
  • Successful delivery of the end-to-end Annual Salary Review process within agreed timeframes, budget, and parameters.
  • Collaborate with Workday and BI teams to enhance and maintain relevant reward dashboards, ensuring data integrity and the provision of insightful monthly, ad-hoc, and management reports to Finance or Senior Management.
