You’ll play a key part in our People Team, acting as the go-to for all Reward-related queries and working closely with colleagues across multiple regions and functions.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation & Benchmarking: Support global reward strategy through market analysis, salary structures, and job evaluations to ensure competitive, fair pay across regions.
  • Total Reward: Create, manage and develop reward and recognition programmes with a Total Reward lens, alongside cost effective and engaging initiatives that drive high performance
  • Global Mobility: Work alongside the Senior Benefits & Mobility Executive to coordinate international relocations and assignments, ensuring smooth processes in partnership with tax, legal, and immigration providers.
  • Reward Processes: Support annual compensation cycles (e.g. salary reviews, bonuses) and incentive programs, including retail-specific schemes.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure reward practices meet local legislative requirements and internal governance standards.
  • Stakeholder Support: Act as a reward advisor to People Partners, managers, and employees, delivering clear communications on total reward offerings.
  • Data & Reporting: Provide insights across all areas of Rewad to support impactful decision-making
