- Can understand the local context and needs of their region and represents these at a global level whilst also proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement for Arup as a whole.
- Have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, interpret data to tell a compelling story, and provide actionable insights.
- Have strong change management and project delivery, with a track record of successfully implementing reward initiatives.
