At Victrex, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Reward Partner to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The Reward Partner role will support the activities flowing from the company’s global reward and payroll strategies, in order that processes, policies and frameworks meet legal requirements, are in line with current business needs and best practice, and are developed to meet future requirements, consistent with the company’s desired internal and external market position.
Responsible for:
providing expert advice and guidance for HR and business stakeholders in all aspects of reward and payroll, in order to support the delivery of company and HR strategies.
Responsible for all ‘payslip’ related matters; allowances – policy; updates and oversight; recognition programmes; audit support and close-out; pay analysis; supporting triennials. Along with management and delivery of the annual salary review and bonus plan.
