About this Opportunity
Leading all aspects of the Reward Regulation and Governance team involves crafting and coordinating the regulatory and governance framework for Lloyds Banking Group’s reward strategies. Your expertise will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations while driving innovative reward solutions that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Engaging with senior partners and contributing to the strategic direction of the Group’s reward policies.
