Our client is recruiting a Reward Specialist – 12-month FTC. They are looking for an experienced Reward professional to take ownership of reward strategy and operations, driving fair, competitive, and consistent pay and benefits practices across the organisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape reward frameworks, lead annual pay and bonus cycles, oversee benefits and pensions, and provide expert guidance to leaders on complex reward matters. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in future-focused projects, including performance transformation and HR systems improvements. If you enjoy combining data insight, stakeholder influence, and practical reward delivery — this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead annual pay review, bonus cycles, and incentive schemes.
  • Develop clear, practical reward policies and frameworks.
  • Own pay governance, benchmarking, and salary survey activity.
  • Manage benefits and pensions, ensuring competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on job evaluation, levelling, and compensation structures.
  • Produce high-quality analysis and insights to support business decisions (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, equal pay reporting).
  • Contribute to strategic projects including new performance management software and HRIS transition.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in reward within a complex organisation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pay structures, benchmarking, and reward practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, complex formulas).
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms (ADP or similar preferred).
  • Analytical, detail-focused, and commercially minded.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.

What’s in It for You

  • A key role shaping the organisation’s reward strategy and practices.
  • Exposure to both operational delivery and strategic project work.
  • The chance to influence performance culture and digital transformation in HR.
  • A collaborative, forward-thinking HR team where your expertise will be valued.
