THE ROLE
We are seeking a EUPTD Manager on a secondment basis to support a high-priority compliance initiative within our People & Culture (P&C) function, focused on achieving alignment with the European Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD). This project involves developing and implementing new policies, procedures, and tools to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements across multiple countries.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive progress across key workstreams, while supporting P&C teams in the delivery of their local implementation plans. They will coordinate project activities, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Ensuring all activities align with programme expectations and compliance workbooks will be key to helping the organisation meet regulatory requirements effectively and on time. This secondment offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a project that will drive positive change in the organisation, supporting pay equity and transparency in line with upcoming regulatory standards.
