UP TO £49,000 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + BONUS & BENEFITS
We offer two bonuses (personal performance paid quarterly and company performance paid annually) with private healthcare and dental cover and a generous pension scheme.
Help us turn great work into great rewards and make a real difference to how people feel at work.
As the Reward Specialist you’ll be at the heart of our Reward Services team, working closely with colleagues across HR, Data, and Regional Business Partners. You’ll lead on key reward processes including quarterly bonuses, flexible benefits, benchmarking, and annual reward statements.
Your analytical skills and attention to detail will help ensure reward operations run smoothly and consistently, while your ideas for improvement will help us evolve and enhance the experience for our people.
You’ll bring a solid background in reward, strong excel skills, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be confident in working with large volumes of data and comfortable navigating complex processes. If you also bring an understanding of HR pr payroll, project management experience, or a background in continuous improvement, that’s a bonus, but not essential. What matters most if your drive to make a difference and your ability to work collaboratively and thoughtfully.
You’ll be part of a team working locally to our office in Forum 6 Whiteley, on a fixed term contract until January 2027. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering our reward strategy across our global support offices, UK manufacturing and distribution sites, and Newmedica.
